To prevent our wax melts from melting during transit, we may choose to hold your order for shipping until the following Monday if temperatures are excessively high.

We currently offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Ground Advantage.
Please note: Orders containing Room Sprays and Reed Diffusers are required to ship USPS Ground Advantage only.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Yes, we only use fragrance oils that are both free of pthalates and do not require a CA Prop 65 warning. In addition to that, all of our fragrance oils are purchased from reputable supplies located in the USA.
Although we can’t say the same for other brands, you can relax knowing that we comply with IFRA's standards for safe usage. Every product containing with fragrance oils is crafted in accordance with these rigorous guidelines to ensure safety for all. We always maintain our products within the maximum safe usage limits.
Our wax melts are strongly scented. Using 1 - 2 portions can fill a large living room. We recommend starting with one portion and adding more (if needed) until you reach your desired scent strength. You may continue to remelt the wax until all the fragrance has been released.
We use an all natural, plant based wax for all of our melts. Our blend of coconut and soy wax burns cleaner and longer than other waxes due to its low melting point. Coconut soy holds and distributes fragrance oils more effectively than other waxes resulting in stronger and longer-lasting scents.

Our room sprays are formulated with an odor eliminating base that eradicates unpleasant biological odors lingering in your home.
Ingredients: Water, Natural Odor Counteractants, Denatured Alcohol, Fragrance, Polysorbate 20
Shake well before each use and spray into the center of the room, away from face and eyes. Patch test before spraying on carpet or furniture. Avoid spraying on floors as it may become slippery. Keep out of reach of pets, children and flammable objects.
Although the odor eliminating base is body-safe, due to the high concentration of fragrance oil used, we do not recommend spraying this on your body. Colorants/dyes are not used in this product, therefore milky appearance of this formula is normal.
We currently have two sizes: Full Size and Mini.
Each Full Size spray is housed in a luxurious reusable frosted glass bottle with a silver spray top. These bottles have a maximum fill of 100 ml making them travel-friendly as well.
Our Mini Room Sprays come in a 10 ml frosted spray bottle made of PET grade plastic. Portable and perfect for sampling or carrying around in your bag.
Carefully unscrew the decorative silver cap and remove the clear plastic plug. Replace the cap and insert as many reeds as you'd like. More reeds generally lead to a stronger scent. Please allow up to 24 hours for the reeds to fully saturate. You may flip the reeds every 3 to 6 days to freshen the fragrance but take care not to spill the oil on any surfaces. Each full size Reed Diffuser Set can last between 1 and 3 months depending on the amount of reeds used.
We recommend using a coaster or plate to keep drops from damaging your surface. Wipe immediately if spilled.
Our ultra-chic glass container comes in both 6 ounce and 1.5 ounce sizes.
This kit includes 10 inch natural rattan reed sticks; a full set of eight sticks for the big one and six sticks for the mini me. Create the perfect ambiance by keeping them at full length or trimming them down to size.
Additional reed stick sets are available for purchase in various colors including white fiber, grey fiber, and black fiber.
